Phareo Dynasty Latest

Phareo Dynasty roughly been on the scene for about 2yrs and five month to be exact, and with that being said we had a wonderful time building the brand and gaining loyal followers and supporters as well as customers. So much have been going on since then and now, we've been revamping the website, new and hot designs for the collection as well as for the Spring collection 2012 and strategizing on the marketing aspect of the brand.

The company brand is a Asian American or Blasian apparel brand, it's more than just that it is for everyone who can appreciate mixed or multi cultural lifestyle that reflect all of us as a whole. Phareo Dynasty is just beginning and doesn't look like slowing down anytime soon.

What have We Been Up To ?
We have been looking into changing our packaging, redoing the hangtags and exploring other business avenue to put out for all of our " FAM " or family, so be on the look out for some new items from us.

Team Dynasty !
I love any and all of my supporters and customers who brought from me because you are not just buying a graphic tee or cut and sew you are investing in quality with a purpose behind the designs and message which is " True Knowledge "... and oh let's not forget this... you are buying a piece of me.

In today's society the fashion world is still what it is today as it was back in the days with minor arrangement when it come to the consumers and and customers. When shopping for clothes or fashion upgrade some people would say, it's a tough situation for owners of a botique shop or even department stores because the average shopper goes in to window shop to see if they want to buy some new items or if they are just passing time by looking.

Their are such things like smart shopping nad bad shopping, what I mean by that is you have a thing called quality vs lower quality when it come to buying clothes especially spending money on it. As a customer you have to have a certain mind frame on where to shop and how to shop when it come purchasing clothes. Here go a breakdown of different level of dept stores:

Wealthy Dept
Saks Fifth Avenue
Neiman Marcus

Upper Class Dept
Nordstorm's
Lord & Taylor
BloomingDales
Federated Dept. Stores

Middle Class Dept
Macy's
Dillard's

Lower Class Dept
WalMart
K Mart
JC Penny
Kohl's

This is just a few to be exact, unless you get into the name brand designers like:
Gucci
Coogi
Chanel
Issey Miyake
Armani
Prada
Valentino
Anna Sui
Alexander Mc Queen
Christian Dior
Dolce & Gabbana
Yohji Yamamoto
Hugo Boss etc

Some shoppers understand the differece in quality vs a item that's on sale, because when you spend your hard earn money on your clothes it's an investment for the long run instead of buying a item that will not last for a month or two. Their are three levels of buying denim which is : Higher denim come from Japan, lower denim from Turkey,Jordan etc and medium denim come from Chima, now in history when you buy a poor constructed clothes that sew with lower quality material than 10 time out of 10 it will not last. As a shopper if you go in with the mentality that I am going to buy this mark down items instead of the high price item than you are basically cheating yourself and not really caring enough about yourself.

Buying lower qulity items because of the lower price is design to have you come back to spend more money instead of investing in high quality clothes that will last a long time and the more you understand what it takes to create the items you purchase you get much more out the higher price items vs the lower price items, For ex: Denim go through a process which is if the designer use japanese high end denom, then it's imported into the US and it go to the Cutting service, then it go to the embroidery dept. and then back to the contractor for cut and sew, and then it go to the wash facility for a 18 hr process each, which explain way high end denim cost that much as well as in the cut & sew garment when it come to the apparel industry as well.

DTG or Direct-to-Garment cost more than screenprinting in the t shirt industry because of the process and the ink to make the design. Remember less is not always the best route to goespecially when it come to buying your clothes or quality items period.

Today:

1. Yellow is still reserved for royalty. Clothing and objects that are yellow in colour still resemble a higher social status. Although each dynasty designated each official rank with their own colour, yellow is reserved or the emperor himself. The colour yellow and its shades are also the main colour of Buddhism; thus it represents being free from worldly cares.

2. Red is still used for happiness and joy. In fact, after the Ming Dynasty, only the Emperor's close relatives could have homes with red walls and yellow roof tiles. Peasants could only live in homes made with blue bricks and roof tiles. Today though, most houses are made of black tiles and white walls.

3. Blue-green is still a symbol of spring when everything is filled with vigour and vitality. Therefore, someone that is hoping for longevity and harmony will decorate with blue-green colours.

4. White is a symbol of the unknown and purity. The colour white is used during the time of mourning, death, and during ghost festivals. Therefore Chinese people will wear white during a funeral or while summoning ghosts.

5. Black is used as the symbol of winter and the westerly skies which beholds the heavens. It is used for times of the unknown and for the winter months

Chinese Herbal Medicine

Chinese Medicine

The Chinese Medicine (TCM) or herbal medicine
has been practiced for thousands of years. The Asian believe
in all nature herbs that keep the body healthy and pure.

For example
Shiastu massage
Yin-yang
Zang Fu
Acupuncture
Qigong

The Health & Benefits of Chinese Tea

Hot, herbal tea is a popular Chinese beverage, whether you go to a Chinese restaurant or you look into Chinese history. Herbal tea has been considered an elixir with medicinal properties to the Chinese for centuries, ever since Shen Nong drank tea to counteract the effects of a poisonous herb that he consumed.

Herbal Medicine

TCM practices include such treatments as Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, dietary therapy, and both Tui na and Shiastu massage. Qigong and Taijiquan are also closely associated with TCM. TCM claims to be thousands of years old and is rooted in meticulous observation of how nature, the cosmos, and the human body are interacting. Major theories include; Yin-yang, the Five Phases, the human body Meridian Channel system, Zang Fu organ theory, six confirmations, four levels, etc.

Traditionally, Chinese herbal tea helps to refresh the mind, increase alertness, and boost concentration, as well as many other health benefits to include:
Relieve indigestion
Regulate bowel movements
Relieve headaches, dizziness, heat stroke, and fatigue
Relieve diarrhea
Expel phlegm
More modern studies of Chinese tea contains tons of chemicals, like caffeine, vitamins, minerals, saponin, catchine, and flavonol, which work together as antioxidants, muscular relaxants, diuretics, and bacterial inhibitor. These studies have shown that herbal teas can help the body by:
Improving the immune system
Slowing the aging process
Preventing cancer
Lowering blood cholesterol and blood pressure
Preventing arteriosclerosis
Preventing tooth decay
Aiding with digestion
Enhancing kidney function
Because tea does not affect everyone the same, and not everyone drinks the same amount of tea a day, the benefits that you may receive may be different or have a different degree of prevention or relief.

Benefits of Herbal Tea

Popular Chinese herbal teas include white tea, green tea, and oolong tea. They are made from the finest tea leaves, most of which are harvested during early spring. Red tea, black tea, and yellow tea are two other popular Chinese teas.
As mentioned above, there are many health benefits to drinking tea. The most common benefit that you'll hear about is the antioxidant property, but that is by far not the only benefit of herbal tea. Depending on the type of herbal tea, you will find that there will be slight differences in terms of which is more potent and powerful for each benefit, but to some degree most Chinese herbal teas will have the following benefits for your body and health.
Antioxidant- The antioxidant properties help get rid of the extra oxygen, toxins, and free radicals in the body that can cause damage to DNA and cause potential harm. They also help prevent lipid peroxidation, which prevents the buildup of plaque.

Prevent Cancer- Both green and black tea come from the same plant, but green tea is 6% more potent as an antioxidant and anti-cancer agent. The polyphenols in green tea can actually block the formation of cancer compounds by detoxifying the cancer. Green tea has been proven effective to cancer of the gastrointestinal tract (stomach, small intestine, pancreas, and colon), as well as breast cancer, and esophageal skin cancer.
Reduce Cholesterol- Chinese tea can reduce the amount of bad cholesterol in the body.
Reduce Blood Pressure- Studies show that tea can lower blood pressure and aid the recovery after a heart attack.

Antibacterial and Antiviral Properties- Catechins are strong antibacterial and antiviral agents that are effective at fighting tooth decay and many other diseases. The antibacterial properties in tea will actually help fight off influenza and diarrhea. The catechins that are in the herbal tea, are great for aiding the immune system when fighting off illnesses.

What is being black ?

In most educational institute, media or a dictionary of any sort would have you believing that black is a person who is African American or who has a African descent within their ancestor, which is supposed to be make them African or black in other culture or better yet the world.

Truth be told most people are not aware of the true black culture like other culture that exist in this world, because we as human being don't take the time to educate ourselves about our own culture , in fact we don't even have an identity like the Asians,Africans,Jews,Hispanics etc because we as a race are more defined than just the term of being categorized as being black. In most dictionary books the black or black person is defined as dark or the oppostie of white or light, as a person who has dark skin and if you go further into it blacks supposed to have nappy hair and also dirty, filthy, discussting creature. During slave era the slave master would call a black person or a African a coon, monkey, jigaboo, spade or the most famous word use even til this very day which is Nigger and even in the urban community among one another use it in a slang as Nigga, not knowing that it still come from the same family and still mean the same which was to down grade us as a whole race that was not good enough as the other culture.

I am a mixed race which is Chinese and Black and even with that being said the black culture is very mixed all the way from slavery to now and truth be told all race are mixed. In today's society we as human beings, parents, teachers etc have to start taken some responsibilty and action when it come to educating the youth about where they come from far as their history. The word nigger came from the Spanish and Portugese, but also slaves from Nigeria, but Americans whom is colored is mixed with alot.

The black culture in today's society have to stand up and embrace all nationality and break that wall and educate one another about each other culture and become united opposed to looking down on a particular race or culture. In the urban community we have to stop given in to the whole system of the black culture when it come to the labeling they like to put on us because that is not who we are as individuals, nor a whole race, we are more than just that we are a universal culture.
